1. No Returns — Exchange Only
Due to the nature of bedding products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We offer exchange only within 3 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are allowed only for defects, wrong items received, or size/color issues (if applicable).
3. Non‑Exchangeable Items
We cannot exchange:
- Used or washed bedding
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final‑sale items
- Customized or special‑order products
4. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if defective or incorrect).
- Once approved, ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect).
- After inspection, we will ship the replacement item.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
